Adam Fraser has been in the world of Education since graduating from Baylor University in 1996. After teaching for 10 years, he entered the world of administration, where he really found his niche helping teachers help more students by removing as many obstacles for them as possible. Building relationships with the ones that make the largest impact on these students is at the core of what he does on a daily basis, and that has led to many successes in his career. Now he just wants us all to share our successes and what’s working for us in our schools.
